Refund policy
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately via mail if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and solve the situation. We will provide you with a shipping Label and exchange the item as soon as possible.
When placing your order please refer to our Sizing Guide and don't hesitate to ask for help in taking your decision. If the item doesn't fit or you have changed your mind about it, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating it with their local post or carrier. Once the item is well received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the account used to pay the order. Exchange or refund is only possible if the products are unworn and undamaged in its original packaging. Please send the pieces back within 14 days to:
